Our Story
I’m Renee Sassone, the founder of SmartSass Tech.
My passion for helping people with technology started early. Growing up, I was always the go-to person in my neighborhood and among family for setting up new gadgets, troubleshooting computer issues, or explaining how to use the latest devices in simple, everyday terms.

What began as helping relatives and neighbors soon grew into something more — I realized there was a real need for patient, personalized tech help that makes people feel comfortable asking questions and learning at their own pace. That’s what inspired me to create SmartSass Tech.
Today, I’m proud to turn that early passion into a business that helps people feel more confident and capable with their technology.
