Our Story

I'm Renee Sassone, founder of SmartSass Tech.


I've been the neighborhood tech person for as long as I can remember—the one family and neighbors called when they couldn't print from their computer, needed a new phone set up, or just wanted someone to explain things in plain English.


I started SmartSass Tech because I saw a gap: plenty of people need tech help, but most support is either expensive, impersonal, or makes you feel like you're bothering someone with "simple" questions. None of those things should be true.


What I do now is the same thing I've always done—help people understand their technology without the confusion or frustration. The difference is I built a business around it, complete with a knowledge base so you have answers even when I'm not there.
